Service Description

Over 50 and still rockin the party? This low impact, party vibe exercise class is for you. Good heart pumping fun set in an interval type style; start off slow, steadily increase the pace then take a quick break and repeat until the end of class where we'll finish with a relaxing and standing stretching sequence. Alternatives will be offered throughout the class so you can adjust to your own level of activity and ability. Need extra help? Be sure to let us know; this is your class and we want to make sure it's perfect for you. Note: Price includes 13% Tax

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you are purchasing a series of classes (e.g. 5 week ballroom course, 12 week line dancing course), there will be no refunds once the series has begun. If you have purchased a pricing plan to use towards individual classes, requests for refunds will be reviewed on an individual basis.
