Guidelines

Fostering a safe, supportive and welcoming environment for all our students is important to us and as such we have set up the following policies and guidelines:​

1. Respectful Behavior Policy
   All students and participants in our classes and events are expected to act in a respectful and professional manner toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. Any actions that disrupt the positive learning environment or harm the reputation of our studio will not be tolerated. 

2. Non-Solicitation Clause
   Our studio has a strict policy against solicitation. Students are prohibited from using studio classes, events, or any other interactions with our clientele to promote their own business interests, solicit services, or recruit clients for other organizations or activities. 

3. Privacy and Confidentiality
   Students are expected to respect the privacy of others within the studio community.  Do not share personal information without consent

4. Enforcement of Policies
   Violations of studio policies will be addressed promptly and may result in consequences, including but not limited to: 

• Verbal or written warnings 

• Removal from classes or events 

• Permanent banning from studio activities 

5. Reporting Issues

If you observe or experience behavior that violates these policies, please report it directly to an instructor or staff member. All reports will be handled with discretion and professionalism.
