Heber Down

We'll explore the section of Heber Down attached to the Old Cullen Central Park in Whibty.  We can meander through the old park before exploring one of the trails.  Meet at the Cullen Central Park parking lot off Cochrane and Taunton.

With all the construction it may be hard to see until you are right on top of it so, keep driving.  Turn onto Cochrane north from the lights on Taunton.  There is still quite a bit of construction for the Spa going in where the old Cullen Park main building was but if you keep going, keep an eye out for entry to a parking lot on your right.  We'll meet next to the Bocce Ball court (in front of the tennis courts)

Keep an eye out for updates in case of severe weather.  Don't forget your water, bug spray and good walking shoes. 

There are bathroom facilities at the parking lot.
