Christmas Potluck 2023!

On December 13th, 2023, our Annual Christmas Potluck makes a grandiose comeback with a new venue, a sponsor and hopefully a large number of our dancers. Spouses and guests are welcome.

My childhood traditions at this time of year were centred around Christmas so, for me, this is a time to show love and appreciation to all the wonderful people in my life which of course,  includes my dance family ❤️

This year we are happy to announce that Amica Taunton will be sponsoring our Holiday Party.  A photo booth will be set up at the entrance to the hall so you can capture all your holiday glamour. 

This is a potluck event so please, use this Link to indicate what you'll be bringing to the event.  Choose an available 'slot', click on 'sign up' next to that slot then click 'Save & Continue' at the bottom of the page.  On the next page, use the comment section to specify what you are bringing, your name and email and then click on 'Sign Up'  No need to bring dessert as Amica will be providing those as well 🍰. 

Song requests are welcome as usual, simply fill out our song request form and we will do our best to accommodate you.  (Requests must be submitted by noon on the Wednesday before the dance.  Maximum of 3 choices/person.  Our ability to accommodate song requests will depend on the number of requests received.  If you are requesting a line dance that is not being taught in our classes, you must be able to lead it)

We hope you can join us for a very special night to eat, be merry, enjoy the company of your dance friends and of course, Practice, Practice, Practice.

Doors open at 5:30pm, Dinner starts at 6pm and dancing will start around 7pm. Coffee, tea and water will be provided as usual.

How to Find us:  Our venue for this event is located in Ajax at the north east corner of Elizabeth and Kearney (north of Pickering Village).  Entrance through the front doors.Volunteers will greet you at the door to take your food and direct you to the cloak room and the dance hall.
